Visualization of Energy
Eslead Residence Osaka Honmachi is committed to the visualization and reduction of energy consumption (electricity, gas, and water) to achieve a decarbonized society.
As part of this effort, we are recruiting residents to be "Energy-Saving Monitors" on a first-come, first-served basis for 10 rooms.
As a token of our gratitude, all participants will receive a catalog gift (worth 5,000 yen) + a water-saving shower head! Please check the details below and join us in our efforts to create a decarbonized society.
Monitor Overview
To formulate an energy-saving plan for the condominium, please share your electricity, gas, and water usage data that you have contracted after moving into this property.
■ Monitor Participation Flow
① Click "Participate in Monitor" above to apply for participation.
② You will receive an email from the administration office confirming your participation.
Once you receive the email, please upload and submit the following data from "My Page" → "Dashboard" → "Energy-Saving Monitor."
Target data: Monthly usage data (photos or screenshots of billing statements, etc.) for electricity, gas, and water.
Target period: Past 12 months from August 2024 to the end of July 2025.
③ After the administration office confirms the data, we will send you an email notifying you of the completion of your submission or requesting corrections.
If corrections are needed, please review the content and resubmit.
④ Once you receive the reward distribution notification email, check your reward from "My Page"!

Obtain monthly usage data for the past 12 months as screenshot images or PDFs from the customer pages of your contracted electricity/gas retail providers and water utilities.
② From the usage statement
Take photos of your past 12 months of usage statements from your contracted electricity/gas retail providers and water utilities.
■ Handling of Data
The data you provide will be anonymized and used as statistical data to formulate the condominium's energy-saving plan.

Residents who have lived in Eslead Residence Osaka Honmachi for at least one year (up to one person per room).
