Terms of Service for the "Zero Basic Rate Plan / RE100 New Application Campaign"

The terms and conditions for the "Basic Charge Zero Plan and RE100 New Application Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this Campaign") define the handling of this Campaign implemented by GOYOH Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
- Details of this Campaign
Customers who are already using the target plan at the start of this Campaign, or who apply by Friday, February 28, 2025 (supplier: e-network systems Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "ENS")), will receive a 1,000 yen Amazon gift card upon confirmation of their application.
- Campaign Period
Application period: Until Friday, February 28, 2025
Benefit claim period: Until Friday, February 28, 2025 - Eligibility and Conditions
This Campaign applies to those who meet all of the following conditions:
- Those who are already using the target plan at the start of this Campaign, or who newly apply for the target plan during the application period of this Campaign.
- Those who have completed the benefit application form during the benefit claim period of this Campaign.
- The application must be for electricity supply to the exclusive-use part of the property targeted by this Campaign.
- The application for the electricity must be made via the Company's designated website and approved by ENS.
- There must be no delays or non-payment of electricity bills.
◆Target Plan: Basic Charge Zero Plan and RE100 (Menu names: Tokyo B-GRAZ, Kansai A-GRAZ) - Benefit Details
A 1,000 yen Amazon gift card will be presented.
- Notes
- If there are deficiencies in the information required for application or if procedures are hindered due to failure to provide correct information, the benefits of this Campaign will be invalidated.
- This Campaign may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
- If any damage occurs due to application to this Campaign, the Company and ENS (hereinafter referred to as "the Companies") shall not be liable for any such damage, except for those caused by the intentional acts or negligence of the Companies. Furthermore, even if the Companies have intentional acts or negligence arising from this Campaign, the Companies' compensation obligation shall be limited to direct, ordinary, and actual damages, excluding lost profits.
